Mr. Mohanachandran KR, senior banker and socio-economist, joined LLMS as its Managing Director & CEO on 03 Jan 2022. Mr. Mohanachandran KR has more than 44 years of experience in Commercial Banking and Risk Management. Prior to joining LLMS, he was the Senior Vice President and Chief Risk Officer of ESAF Small Finance Bank. He served Federal Bank for more than 37 years and completed the term of office in the bank as Chief General Manager and Chief Risk Officer in November 2016.

Mr. Davis TV, a seasoned banking professional with more than four decades of banking experience, holds the position of Vice President (Operations) in the Company. He possesses vide range of experience in banking and related functions, which include Retail banking, Agri and SME finance, Credit underwriting and Stressed assets management. Mr. Davis T V possesses expertise in Human Resources Management and Corporate communications as well.

Mr. Jose Anto K, a seasoned banking professional with more than 36 years of experience in general banking, joined the Company as Assistant Vice President (Head - HR) in April 2024. Prior to joining us, he served the South Indian Bank Limited in various positions. His core experience extends to different functions, including HR, Corporate Services, Branch Banking and Credit Administration.
